One Month includes:

LIVE CLASSES:

Live streaming classes run Mondays and Wednesdays 9:30-10:30am.

8 live classes will run each calendar month. You will receive a link to join. Depending on when you sign up, you will have the opportunity to join 7-9 live classes. You will also receive the link for the recording of each class so that you can practice at your own convenience. 

RECORDED CLASSES:

Pre-recorded 45 minute classes will be sent every Friday before 9:30am. 

2 meditations and 2 pranayama (breathing exercises) recordings will be sent at the beginning of each month (or when you begin your subscription and thereafter at the beginning of each calendar month). 

Links for recorded classes will remain available to you for the month of your subscription. Downloads will not be available.

BONUSES:

Workshop Class is held once per month. It is your chance to ask all your yoga related questions and have them answered in real time.

HOLIDAY ALERT:

During the months of July & August & December, Live Streamed Classes may be subject to change. You will be given advance notice of any holiday time and when live classes will not be conducted. During that time you will recieve recorded classes.
