Private yoga sessions are classes that are completely focussed on YOU.

Public yoga classes are certainly not for everyone. Depending on the kind of learner you are you may prefer to have a class that allows for more discussion, more questions, more time spent on you. For private yoga clients, classes will be curated to your specific goals. Yoga sessions can include restorative yoga, chair yoga, hatha yoga, meditation and breathing exercises known as pranayama.

Private yoga session are ideal if:

  • you are coming to yoga with a specific health concern or goal that you would like to address

  • you are time crunched and having a teacher come to you makes yoga practice feasible

  • you would like the opportunity for questions and hands on instruction before you start pubic classes

  • you are a small group (friends, partners, colleagues) and would like a tailored class to fit your group

Private yoga sessions are different from public classes because they are centred around you! Yoga sessions can happen in the privacy of your home or I can arrange a small studio space for you. Contact me for a free consultation.
