Stretch & Release

Are you interested in a class that helps to relax your nervous system, thus decreasing blood pressure and releasing chronically held tension? This class is soothing and slow-paced. Expect to feel rejuvenated. 

Yoga 55+

Along with improvements in endurance and flexibility, this class will improve coordination, balance and focus. Learn to move your body safely with proper alignment and fluidly within joint range. Beginners welcome. 

Nutritional Consulting

Eating the right food is imperative to making positive changes for your mental and physical health.  Nutritional coaching is more than education because changing eating habits is hard! Work with me to meet your goals.

I believe in creating a warm and welcoming environment to practice in so that you are able to come and fully unwind.  This means cultivating a climate that is compassionate and non-competitive.

I keep classes small and know every student by name because you are more than just a “body” on a mat to me. 

I believe in the connection between the body, mind and spirit.

I know that showing up to practice yoga consistently is difficult because I face the same challenges. Therefore, I strive to keep my classes inspiring and interesting.

I believe that the fruit of the yoga practice comes from showing up and I know that personal transformation through practice is possible.

I support connection through my teachings; connection to your body, to your food, in your relationships, to your community and above all, to yourself.

As a senior, I have really enjoyed and benefited from Wendy's lovely gentle way of teaching yoga. I have learned many poses and stretches that I have never thought possible ,which have helped my balance and posture. But most importantly she has taught me how to relax and breathe, and find serenity that has effected my every day activities as well as the quality of my sleep. This has been a life changer for me.
