Cancellations and Drop-ins

If you need to cancel a pass you have purchased you may do so up to 1 week in advance before the session begins with no penalty. Cancelling after this, you will receive back 50% up until 1 day before in which there is no refund. The passes are to be used within the session that they are purchased.
If you have an emergency, call me at 604-710- 3234 to cancel. Please note that this is for emergencies only.
Drop In and Reservations: You can always walk in without a reservation, and if there are spots available, you can pay for a drop-in.
