Pelvic Floor Workshop for Women


One of the major functions of the pelvic floor is supporting our essential organs in the body.  It is called a "floor" for good reason and you can think of it as your foundation. Your pelvic floor muscles are some of the most important skeletal muscles in your body. Through their protective and supportive role of your organs they fundamentally impact their health. They are also responsible for good posture, core strength and reproductive health.
Don't worry there won't be any weird sharing... come to learn and practice. :) You will learn about the pelvic floor and how to keep it healthy through breath work and gentle poses which you can use as a daily home practice.  If you have any questions about whether this workshop is for you, please free to email or call.

Feature Class 

Feature Classes  will be one-off classes that will invite you to try a different style,  a different teacher or a specific theme. From pilates to Tai Chi to other movements styles, stay excited for these different classes coming your way! If you are new to the studio, it is a chance to come meet us!

Strength Works 55+ 

This class will incorporate the heart healthy benefits of low impact cardio as well as the bone building advantage of strength training. Throughout the class there will be an emphasis on functional balance, co-ordination, and pilates based core exercises. We will utilize some props as well as body weight exercises to help us leave class feeling strong, stable, and energized!

30 Day Spring Illumination

The 30 Day Spring Illumination is for fun and for YOU. It is designed to help you commit to your yoga practice and whatever else you want to try for 30 days of inspiration and illumination. It is to help you engage in your practice, and to enlighten deeper awareness. 

It begins somewhere between March 8th and April 13th. If you count the days, that is 37 days in total. This is so that you have some leeway around when your 30 Day Spring Illumination begins. You will receive a card where you will document this and also take note of your activities in the 30 days. The part that I am asking you to try is:

Yoga Fit 55+ 

Interested in getting your heart rate going, in a fun and safe manner? Join
Natalie Goodfellow in a class that will use low-impact exercise to get you moving. The class will also include yoga to give you a well-rounded routine that incorporates your whole body, breath and mind. 

Natalie is a registered 200hr Yoga Alliance Teacher and Kinesiologist.  From a young age Natalie was inspired by movement. Years of experience as a dancer and dance instructor have enabled her to teach movement with a focus on safe anatomical alignment and breath awareness.
